Nitrous oxide laws in Arkansas

We have not been able to check Arkansas's whipped-cream chargers, nitrous oxide tanks and crackers laws yet: its official code isn't published openly online.

What we searched

Only an intent-based offense: selling N2O to induce or aid inhalation/intoxication (§ 5-64-1202, Act 355 of 1997 as amended 2001/2007), with food-propellant/houseware exemption; no age, size or flavor rule. Eric's Law covers vehicles only. Kept not_checked: the current text of § 5-64-1202(a) isn't fully captured (the 2007 amendment's struck and new words couldn't be separated), so the negative finding rests on an incomplete text.
