Only carry-location rules reach stun guns; no 2019-2026 act (2023 and 2026 LC indexes confirm); older code not readable, so no negative finding. Reviewer override keeps not_checked. [Reviewer: The official code is only on Lexis and wasn't read; 'nothing found' rests on an incomplete search, so the lookup must not say 'can ship'.]
