Spray paint laws in Mississippi

We couldn't check Mississippi's spray paint, broad-tip markers and etching products laws yet: its official code isn't published openly online.

What we searched

2026-10-26 session-law pass: https://billstatus.ls.state.ms.us/ and https://www.legislature.ms.gov/ both fail TLS verification (curl error 60, unable to get local issuer certificate; server omits the GlobalSign RSA OV SSL CA 2018 intermediate). Recorded and skipped per instructions; not bypassed.
https://billstatus.ls.state.ms.us/2008..2026/pdf/all_measures/allmsrs.xml (bill-title keyword search): no bill title mentions spray paint, graffiti or aerosol paint

Bill-title search 2008-2026 found no spray-paint/graffiti act; code (Lexis) not read, so still not checked.
