NRS 454.323 Sale or distribution of product containing toluene to person less than 18 years of age.
Except as provided in subsection 3, any person who sells or gives aerosol paint, glue or cement containing toluene to a person who is less than 18 years of age is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
