BannedFederal law (15 U.S.C. § 1242) bars shipping automatic/OTF switchblades across state lines. On Oct. 21, 2026 the Fifth Circuit held this unconstitutional (Knife Rights v. Blanche), but the case was sent back to the district court with no judgment or injunction yet, and the statute remains on the books; we keep blocking until the case is final or counsel advises otherwise. Shipping within your own state isn't covered.
